The differences can be collected from several sections:
1.The operation model is not totally same. The shape of the main shaft is different, during the operating, the movement of the main shaft is different, the main shaft of the hydraulic cone crusher have a high speed, and will be more efficiency.
2.The support of the main shaft and cone is different.
3.The release model is different. Spring cone crusher: When the iron get into the cavity, the bowl liner will be uplift, and the spring will be pressed, then the iron can be discharged.
Hydraulic cone crusher: When the iron get into the cavity, the hydraulic cylider will be pressed, and oil inside will flow and get even.
